Oh! In resolution of the laptop – Turns out the other party that repairs the comps is 1 mile from the store we bought the laptop at. THREE WEEKS OF SHIPPING?
I am writing this blog on the recently repaired laptop. Unbelievable. It took less than 24 hours to fix it. Someone should probably tell the guys at Cheap/Smart Guys that their repair service is 1 mile away. They must be spending a fortune in shipping. Or lying to their customers on a far wider scale than I imagined.
