In this, their 2nd hour, the guys talked about Mickey’s trip, man things, and an allegedness in regards to Mickey’s relationship status.
My apologies for this not being Geoff, but he is with our good buddy evanzan, talking wiring of Studio G!
That’s right, things are moving forward again. The a/c got replaced.
The doors and breaker box got some shiny stuff put around it.
Drywall is up and mudding is almost done!
So our next step will be painting (hint hint to all of you who have volunteered, this is when we need you!) and then floor and moving it all in!
And on top of that, Rowan just took her first steps! Of course we could care less about the camera when she did it (and she has not repeated it in the last 30 minutes) but we are just ecstatic! I know, I know “oh now it’s bad” but I’m excited! It’s neat to see your child learn new things and I couldn’t be happier right now.
So the guys. Well, in this hour, they talked about Mickey’s trip for his birthday. He went to 6 Flags (now known as ‘The 1 Flag, over Georgia?’) which could only lead into a discussion on theme parks, amusement parks, rides, and food!
And since we live in a high touristy area of theme parks, the discussion of how to dress when you are a tourist really hit home with me. I hated going to Paris and wearing my passport around my neck and under my shirt. I felt so…touristy! So especially for those of you who do not live in a touristy area, please listen to some of the don’ts of touristing!
And at the end, there is a hint that maybe Mickey’s relationship status has changed? Could it be TCTMWDBNI, S? Damn having to wait until next episode!

Notes:
1) The next time I wear sandals to do PTG, I’m insisting on the Jesus treatment. Erica might be slightly alarmed by this, but c’est la vie.
2) Consider this my vote in favor of the white board moving to Studio G. Having handwritten notes in front of me is apparently not enough to remind me of all the points I want to get to during my show.
3) Wouldn’t it be great if Brian showed up all furried up for the PTG/SomaCow karaoke/tweetup? Mugshots would LOVE us.
I dont agree with making kids go on Rollercoasters AT ALL. I was about my daughter’s age (5 about to hit 6) and my first experience on any type of Rollercoaster ride was being forced onto the Big Thundermountain and being scared shitless. Later being dragged onto Spacemountain. After those 2 experiences I was terrified and will never get on a Rollercoaster. I dont care how much money would be offered, if it meant getting the cure to all the world’s ills, etc.
Now Fair food is a delicasie (spelling?). Funnel Cakes are great. Greatest Fair ride is the Tilt a Whirl. Worst ride is the tie between the Haunted house/Fun house and Gravatron or any other vomit inducing ride…
