I would say one of my favorite outros. I was thinking you should do more of the same but then I listened to episode 350. Like the everlasting gobstopper... there's one for everyone and one is enough for anyone.

Soundguy, that review was very thorough. I'd love to hear you describe some of my favorite AND least favorite movies and songs. Start with Killer Klowns from outerspace.

Listening to your show always makes me feel guilty that I haven't devoted enough time to quality podcasting. I wish I had more of it- time. Every show of yours I have attended, I have loved. Keep up the good work. Much love- Odd with a "T"

Holy Hell, can we get a warning sticker for when easter egg-esque karaoke catastrophes are about to happen?

So there I was one a ladder, earbuds in, working away, listening to a piping hot new episode of Somacow. The show wound up, as per usual, and then on came one of Mickey's little "surprises" at the end. Almost always these are funny-worth dl-ing the podcast for, even if you were in the live chat.

This was too, in a sort of hide that thing under a blanket sort of way.

What we had here was a "rendition" of one Toto masterpieces. We are all aware that Toto songs are in a, shall we say, higher register. This took that to a new level. The shriek off that this became is truly one for the books. I say books, because you listen at your own peril. Superproducers Rowan and Jen set the bar early (honorable mention to Jen for getting the closest to the proper key). Geoff then came in with a powerful, crescendoing, eventually almost squeeeeeeeeling "note" of his own.

Then there was Mickey. Throughout he first bits of the competition Mickey was subtle, almost not there, feeling out the competition. But the chips were down, the gauntlet had been thrown and He could not be denied. With a warble, two coughs, a whoop, and the most terrifying falsetto I have ever heard, Mickey sent me diving from the top of my ladder, hands clawing at my ears.

My cilia are still silly.

Good Job Boys!

All that being said, good show. And Kevin Pollack rocks!

Okay, so after "Total Eclipse of the Heart" at the karaoke tweetup, "Africa" is next, yes? With commentary from Geoff included? It's a moral imperative.

Very cool interview with Ryan--I know Michelle Wargo through my frequent camera guy, Michael Poley. I'll have to let her know she got a mention in this episode. :)
