Its called a Jersey Turnpike... essentially what you do is: at the end of the night at a bar (after many a drink has been poured) you lift up the pouring mat on the bar (the rubber mat that bartenders pour on so if they spill it gets collected and doesn't end up on the bar) and collect the leftover alcohol from all the drinks poured on that mat and put it in a shot glass... Best Drink!

It has TONS of drinks in it... if you had that app, Felix would have been truly challenged in his drink mixing skills. And it's too bad Mickey and Ross still gotta hate, but what else can they do?
