		<description>For Felix being the first to MAN up and admit to my 164 prowess, I award him a free shot at the line to race me next year. Right now I am in training for my 5 K against Chris P, but next year I hope to cut my 164 time in half, I hope all of you smack-talking, out of town sunsa are saving up airfare and collecting donations for CFTR II: You Eating Dust.</description>

For the record, finally, all kidding aside, yes, Ross DID beat me fair and square by 3-4 steps in our run that day--it was just more fun on the air to play up what he told me afterward (and an excuse to use a sound drop from &#039;Days of Thunder&#039; in the podcast). But next year ... next year ... I&#039;ll probably be slower. :)</description>
