The SweetUp has now occured and I think Geoff is still feeling the effects of all that sugar! Or maybe it was the twice-over late night Euchre playing with Mickey? Either way, I’m writing up the blog and thinking of the nice bag of candy corn from Peglegpug waiting for me to finish.
It was neat and thanks to Peglegpug for setting it up and Winter Park Photography/Wedding Chapel for hosting it! The place looks great and if you know someone wanting to have a beautiful affordable wedding, get in touch with them! They did the photos for our Cure for the Run and they are awesome people.
So besides the recap of food, the guys talked about…oh, more food.
The ever debated, never decided, pie vs cake. Which is better? Also, Mickey insisted that cupcakes aren’t cakes. I think they are mini-cakes so therefore, cake! What do you think?
Friday was September 11th. I have to admit that Geoff is not alone in forgetting what day it was. We both had no reason to check to date or watch anything but PBS. Is it just another day now? I mean not that we forget what happened but, just like so many other tragedies, life goes on, right?
