		<description>Can we just legalize this shit. Allow Marijuana to be legalized, regulated by the government like cigarettes and tax the fuck out of it. Bam... Instant cash to the government, and it will hurt the hell out of the drug dealers reducing the amount of illegal shit being brought in since it wont be a profitable business.</description>

But Portland is a state of mind. This newest development is just icing on the cake for a very forward thinking, forward-doing city! The energy of this is palpable; it&#039;s in the air, and in the sincere smiles of the people you will meet. Florida has so far to go; it may never reach Portland&#039;s great status, in my mind.
