OK, let me explain, if I haven’t before, what Ross is to do as one of his jobs during the show. Ross takes notes. These notes are to be used for two things. 1) If we ever want to look through and find a subject we talked about and therefore the episode and (most importantly) 2) to give notes to myself/Geoff to write the blog for the episode. I don’t know about you guys, but for me if I am reading a book, watching a movie, or listening to a podcast, I don’t always remember all the details. I absorb it in the moment. I take it in, I laugh (in this instance) and I enjoy. Then, when I can, I listen to/watch/read it again and that time I see the details, the stuff I missed. So the notes are very important to us. They are used to remind us of all the great and funny things that were discussed in that hour, even when we write the blog over 5 days later. I wish there was a way to show you what I got this week…oh wait! duh!
Yep. That’s it. A whole hour and a whole blog. I know, I’m biased. I used to write 2 pages (single spaced) of notes. And no, I’m not saying give me back my job. I just want to bust on Ross’s balls a little and also maybe give you all a new appreciation for what Geoff has to deal with each week. Just to make sure the link is in, our music this week was:
